About Me
My name is Greta Urbonaviciute and I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
I have a deep and heartfelt interest in working with loss and bereavement. I support individuals of all ages through many forms of grief, including the death of a loved one, the loss of a child, miscarriage and baby loss, children who have lost a parent, and anticipatory grief.
I also work with other significant losses such as the end of relationships, changes in identity or role, job loss, displacement, or the loss of a sense of home, safety, or belonging.
My interest in this area is informed by both personal experience and professional practice. I approach grief as a unique and deeply personal process, with no fixed timeline or “right” way to grieve. I aim to offer a compassionate, containing space where experiences of loss can be explored gently and at a pace that feels right for each individual. My hope is that those I work with feel understood, supported, and less alone in their grief.
